Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and shipping charges are non-refundable. For higher-value items, we recommend using a tracked shipping service to help ensure your return arrives safely.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
